June is gone and so is its theme “REBUILD YOUR LIFE” month.  I so enjoyed living in that space and wondering what else I could do to rebuild my life.  There are so many options!  So, I’m offering you 7 tips to help you rebuild, because the rebuild is daily and never ending.  Every day you wake up is another opportunity to fulfill your purpose. 

  1. Your spirit is ageless, but your body is not.  Be intentional about how you spend your time.
  2. Carve out time every day to do something you truly enjoy.
  3. Stay connected to positive people who give you energy and hope.
  4. Create a Vision Board in order to get what you want.
  5. Hire a coach to show you how create the life you were born to live.
  6. Choose to make changes rather than excuses.
  7. Focus on nourishing your mind, body and spirit.

If you choose just one of these suggestions today, you’ll be in a different place tomorrow.  When you change your perspective, you change your reality. CONVERSELY, if you keep doing what you’ve always done, you get the same results.  You have choices with how you want to move forward…MAKE THEM!
