What does Living From The Inside Out mean?
Living From The Inside Out is a 3-step framework based on my experience coaching high achieving women to transform their lives from a state of stress to ease. It is also the same process I followed 11 years ago when I found myself in a cycle of feeling overwhelmed, completely lost with crippling indecisiveness.
Life is beautiful and easier when you follow your unique journey.
Living From The Inside Out is an immersive 3-week group coaching program designed to give you the tools to release negative thinking, feel calmer, make better decisions, and reconnect with your inner voice. Each week we will meet for 2 hours on Saturday from 10 am-12 pm EST (June 5, 9, and 19).
This week, you will learn the art of journaling and start incorporating it into your new Living From The Inside Out routine. Journaling will allow you to unclutter your mind, think more clearly and creatively.
We will discuss:
- Surprise! There is a right way to journal to eliminate the clutter in your mind.
- When should you write? It’s not as time-consuming as you think, and I’ll help you uncover the most effective writing times.
During this week, you will learn HOW to read for understanding. You will appreciate why this type of reading is critical to staying motivated and inspired. You will be given a recommended list of books to choose from.
We will discuss:
- Why reading a daily devotional is different from any other kind of reading.
- Books that nourish your soul and keep you uplifted to maintain positive energy and attitude towards life.
- The beauty of reading for understanding is that you’re getting the full benefit of the message.
During this week, you will practice BEING STILL and listening to that quiet small voice coming from inside of you. You will learn to discern your voice from God/Universe’s voice, so you can more clearly receive guidance.
We will discuss:
- How to quiet the mind and listen to your inner voice.
- How to incorporate this practice into your daily life so that you can let go of stress when faced with life choices and hurdles.

Filled with journaling prompts and a safe place to keep the work you’ll be doing over the next three weeks as you transition into living your life from a place of inner peace.

Living From The Inside Out is the framework I use to coach women who need to find stability amongst the chaos of life. It’s based on incorporating three simple yet effective practices. When implemented into your daily routine will profoundly impact the way you live.
When you incorporate journaling, with a daily devotional, and being still, you will cultivate an inner peace that will radiate outwards. This is why I call it Living From The Inside Out because it’s all about doing the inner work to create a life aligned with your purpose.

>> Do I have to be religious to learn from these sessions?
No, these sessions simply help you connect your spirit to your highest self in the way you define the Universe or God. You do not need to be religious to
partake and benefit from the practices we will show you.
>> What is the final deadline to register?
The deadline to join Living From The Inside Out is October 1st, 2020, at 11:59pm EST.
>> Where will the sessions be hosted?
These sessions will be hosted virtually over Zoom. Zoom is a free program for you to use. You can join via your computer or listen in via your phone.
Although we won’t share the same space, these calls will be interactive and engaging. We highly recommend using your webcam so we can see your lovely face.
>> When will the sessions be hosted?
Weekly sessions will be hosted on Saturday, October 3, 10, and 17 at 10 am EST for approximately 2 hours minutes. These dates may be subject to change in the event of an emergency.
>> Will there be homework?
Each week will have an “assignment” that will help you incorporate these new practices into your daily rhythm and reinforce what we have learned.
>> What do I do if I have questions between sessions?
In between sessions, you will work on the assignment for the week. Naturally, questions may come up that you may need answers to right away. Don’t fear. >> Is there a workbook?
You will have a 30+page downloadable workbook with questions and exercises for all three sessions.
>> What happens if I miss a session?
All three sessions will be recorded and provided within 48 hours of the session. You will be able to access the recording and download it to re-watch it at any time.
>> Do you offer refunds?
